    Hope you’re starting to feel the benefits of the greens!!  You’ve been doing awesome to this point AND only 2 weeks left!!!  Then we’ll be doing the draw for 6 weeks of ChicBoxing and a set of focus pads!

    On to our next challenge… Up to now, I feel I’ve been pretty easy on you and you’ve been accountable based on the honour system.  If you haven’t been able to follow everything 100% of the time, that mean’s you’re human (this is good) but, it is very important to get back to the Challenges immediately after veering of course!

    SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO…..here it is….

    You need to send me a 3-5 day food diary.  Yep, that’s it!  Send it to sara@chicboxing.com

    LUCKY YOU!!!  I will personally look over your food diary and try to give suggestions on how you could improve your food intake:-)  (Nutritionists/Dietitians will charge anywhere from $30-$80 for this!!) 

    DOUBLE BONUS– you’ll get 10 ballots for this challenge:-) 

    BE HONEST PLEASE.  Making mistakes is the way to learn… you don’t have to be perfect!!  (But, it’s ok to be perfect too!)  I just want you to be honest:-)

    Looking forward to personally helping you with this one.
