So, do you think Boxers/MMA fighters/kickboxers take their diet lightly?  I would have to assume not.  Diet and exercise must go hand and hand.  We’ve got you covered fitness wise in ChicBoxing but, unfortunately we can’t follow you home and watch everything that goes into your mouth.

    This weeks challenge…

ALL MEALS and SNACKS YOU CONSUME MUST have under 9g of sugar

That’s right, you need to start reading your labels!!  I’m not asking you to read anything else but how much SUGAR there is in the foods that you’re eating, add them up and eat away!

AGAIN, another SIMPLE challenge for you to follow and of course, you’re continuing to follow Challenge #1 and #2

I also know that many of you struggled to complete Challenge #2… this doesn’t mean you are supposed to throw the towel in and give up on your chance to WIN stuff!  NO, not at all.  In life, some things are more challenging than others.  Challenge #1 seemed to be a walk in the park and everyone was on the bandwagon but, as soon as #2 came along, a few of you jumped off….  Does this mean you’re OUT?  Nope, remember, all you had to do was write on the facebook page OR an email to me on how the challenge was going for you…. I didn’t say you had to be perfect.  Keep working at it.  Maybe you got rid of the Xmas baking that was polluting your cupboards and diet… that’s a step and an awesome one at that.  It’s time to HOP right back on the wagon, get back to those goals and WHY you want to accomplish them!

If you’re yet to start Challenge #1… START NOW!  Then, incorporate Challenge #2 immediately.  The purpose here is to START and CONTINUE.

    Small steps make BIG changes:-)
