YAY!!!  You’ve made it!  5 weeks of small, simple changes.  Congratulations on making it through!

On to our LAST challenge, Challenge #6…

If you have honestly and seriously made at least 3 of these changes in your healthy eating lifestyle and I mean seriously- (ok, ok, so, maybe you fall off every so often but, you immediately get back on)

    It’s time to REWARD YOURSELF!!

That’s right… give yourself a non-food related reward!  Maybe it’s a manicure, a pedicure, a facial.  Or, maybe it’s new shampoo and conditioner,  a new workout top, a pair of ChicBoxing mitts.  It could be a brand new outfit, a makeover….It doesn’t have to be expensive either… have a bath with candles, get a fitness magazine… the possibilities are ENDLESS!!!

All you need to do is tell me which 3 changes you are serious about and HAVE changed in your life and what you are going to do to TREAT yourself for making these changes!!

I can’t WAIT to hear what you’re doing!!

I have really enjoyed the 6 weeks of challenges! I have switched to almond milk successfully and cleaned out my cupboards. I am getting better at eating that green salad at least once a day. I am going to do my best to keep it up in the coming weeks ahead!

That’s awesome Karen! What are you doing to reward yourself?

Although I had a rough time with some of these challenges I feel pretty successful and I’m more aware of what I’m eating.

For my reward I bought myself a lipstick from MAC’s WONDERWOMAN line. 🙂
