  • It’s a no Brainer… Jump Rope, Burn Fat

    Skipping Rope, why do we do it?

    • Because 10 mins of jump rope is equivalent to 30 mins of jogging.
    • Because it is a form of HIIT which is high intensity interval training and is known to burn fat quickly and effectively.
    • Because it’s actually FUN and EASY once you know how to do it properly and you if you have a proper skip rope!!
    • Because you’ll quickly get your cardio DONE!
    • Because we’re all doing it, so why aren’t you 😉

    That’s WHY!

    So get off your butt, grab your jump rope and start off

    • by doing 30 sec intervals with a 10 sec rest for 2-3 mins only.
    • Once you’ve mastered 3 mins, slowly increase at each workout- so, 4 mins, 5 mins….all the way to 10 mins.
    • Then do 1 min intervals with a 10 sec break.   Then 2 min, 3 min, 4 min….
    • Work your way up to a total of 10 mins straight without stopping.

    Watch your body change before your eyes!  Jump rope has been and always will be, one of the most effective workouts for getting fit and burning fat!
