That’s right folks! You heard it here first. (Well, some of you anyway…)
I’m currently at the 19 week mark and wanted to share with you the news as well as my journey through health, wellness, fitness and pregnancy. I know that several ChicBoxers are moms and some even moms to be! I’ve helped dozens of moms bounce back to their pre-pregnancy body and some feeling even better post pregnancy!! Now’s my chance to share with you the changes in my body, my food cravings and the changes to my fitness regime. Most of them I’ve been struggling with up until now and so, I will be doing a bit of back tracking as well as what’s going on currently.
I truly think this will help those of you that are going through a major life change, maybe it’s pregnancy, maybe it’s a divorce or break-up or maybe it’s a new job. Whatever the case may be, life is a journey and sometimes you just have to ride the waves!
