During pregnancy, one of the most common complaints is constipation. Actually, when working with women, one of the most common complaints is constipation!!
This is a VERY yummy potion BUT it also packs in protein, fruits and vegetables! If you’re craving something sweet, maybe a milkshake or ice cream, this is an excellent choice to make:-)
So, here it is… have one a day- I recommend first thing in the morning but make sure you’ll have access to a toilet within an hour or so:-)
The Poop Potion
4 frozen strawberries
1/2 a banana
2 frozen peach slices
Handful of Spinach
1/2 scoop of protein powder
Enough Water for the proper consistency- usually about 1/4 of the magic bullet
Blend in a Magic Bullet or a blender till smooth
YUMMY!!
