We're looking for the perfect team players to join our newly forming Licensee family across Ontario!

At ChicBoxing, we offer amazing Fitness Kickboxing/MMA workout style classes to help women reach their health and fitness goals by providing fun and energetic workouts, nutrition plans, accountability and motivation.

First, let me tell you a little bit about ChicBoxing.  I'm Sara and I'm the proud owner of our family-owned company here in Ontario, Canada.   I truly believe we have the best coaches and clients in the world!  I wish I could say that I started ChicBoxing recently and that we were an overnight success, however this has been a labour of love over the past almost 9 years!!  I have learned so much, made so many mistakes, spent an insane amount of money trying to get things "just right" so that I could make THIS happen.... the ability to share the ChicBoxing vision and business with women around the WORLD! #GOALS 

The idea behind becoming a ChicBoxing Licensee is to limit the number of mistakes that I've already made through the years and in turn, be able to turn a profit in a very short timespan.  I know how tough it is when you're just starting out in the health and fitness industry.  All you want to do is help people and yet, if you want to start a franchise you are tied down to HUGE up front franchise fees plus build outs to their standards, and ALL of their RULES!  Or, you decide to go out on your own and be an independent business owner- AWESOME but where do you start with marketing?  You have to create your own logo, website, pay for setup fees, buy all of your materials in bulk to get the best price....suddenly your workload, decisions and debt start piling up and you only have a handful of clients... ahhhh!  Let us help you make fewer mistakes, using the ChicBoxing brand, to help amazing women all for a small percent of what you would pay to be a part of a franchise and without the hassle of having to build a brand from the ground up.  

I'm so excited to have the opportunity to help women who have an entrepreneurial spirit to create their own empire with the knowledge and support of other ChicBoxing Coaches and Leaders, to watch them grow their very own business where they can finally say they have found their dream "job".  I can't imagine anything more rewarding than running a ChicBoxing location and helping women change their life while you also change your OWN!

If you are accepted as a Licensee, you would be running your own business, coaching clients and teaching classes utilizing this amazing fitness program!

This is can be either a part time or full time business- you get to choose!   After meeting the initial requirements below and filling out the form below, the next step is to complete the ChicBoxing Coach Course.

WE are CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR 5 people to start their OWN location with NO UPFRONT LICENSING COST... just an inventory start-up cost of $1575 +hst and a very small weekly flat rate (which we will discuss with you when you apply and we chat!) to own a unique, inspiring and rewarding business that is in a growing yet fun, multi-billion-dollar industry and is crucial to the livelihood of Women all over the world.

Requirements:

• LOVE working with people and are passionate about helping people reach their goals through health and fitness
• Creative, highly motivated, and a great problem solver!
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-learner and a knowledge seeker
• Sales Experience is an asset
• CPR 
• Completion of ChicBoxing Coach Course, Written and Practical Exam

We're going to help ONLY 5 people to open locations for Winter/Spring of 2020.
